ted (+ accessory) is sealed to protect from moisture and the occasional tumble, but he isn’t waterproof. unlike real-life tardigrades, these lil’ sculptures are not indestructible, so gentle use is recommended for longevity.

ALSO the magnets are small but mighty, so be careful with ted around your tech devices. (disregard this if you have the non-magnetic classic tardigrade)

ted is 100% hand-sculpted by the artist, stamped with the official signature, primed with gesso, & then painted with acrylic.

finally, they’re sprinkled with the essence of ~the void~, but that process is confidential (as per ted’s request)

teds are made of air dry clay, tiny magnets, a zillion coats of gesso, & acrylic paint
